 purchased it while it was under construction. We fell in love with the open floor plan, and took advantage of being able to pick the finishing options, hardwood, carpet cabinets etc. Tim Pratt, and Breeden Construction, was extremely helpfull and accomodating at every step towards completion. Tim helped me design the finished basement to make it affordable and extremely functional at low cost. We also opted for an enclosed Florida room, although late in the construction, Tim and his crew found the right solution and made it happen. I`ve owned 7 houses in my lifetime, but this one is the best. Breedens attention to finishing detail is impecable, I would compare my home to those at twice the cost any time.
